  1,649,047 shares of the Issuer are held in the account of CDK Associates, L.L.C., an entity of which Caxton Corporation is the Manager.  Bruce S. Kovner is the Chairman and sole shareholder of Caxton Corporation.  170,565 shares of the Issuer are held in the accounts of employees of an affiliate of Caxton Corporation.
